Double WAT & Maxi Taxi is a taxi service based in Hobart Tasmania, offering quality transport for individuals travelling in a wheelchair, individuals with special needs, large groups, families and even small groups.  Customer service, experienced driving and your safety are our first priorities.  The vehicle is assisted by two people.

This taxi service is one of the very few services in Hobart to offer the capacity to transport two wheelchair passengers - a Double WAT, so that having to call two taxis for the one destination, will be a hassle of the past.  Also offering an impressive 9 seater maxi taxi, families and friends have the benefit of being able to travel together and this vehicle can cater for any event, from a business conference, to airport transfers for families on holiday, to groups having a day out in Hobart or if you need to travel to another Tasmanian city from Hobart.  Double WAT and Maxi Taxi also cater for the small taxi trips, like couples, allowing them to travel in spacious comfort and operating on the standard tariffs 1 & 2, so that extra service comes at the same price.  If you are in need of a reliable, honest, safe and friendly taxi service, this is your first point of call.
